Who Should Participate:

This workshop is designed for individuals and teams who want to increase their collaborative effectiveness.

Individuals who support teams by facilitating, coaching, and/or consulting can use these skills to improve their ability to help collaborators identify origins of and work through misunderstanding and conflict.

This workshop builds on the learning from the Introduction to Collaborative Research and Anatomy of a Difficult Conversation modules by proving a deeper understanding of situations that can lead to misunderstanding and what to do resolve them and move forward together.
