Who Should Participate:

This workshop deepens the work required for learning and having very difficult conversations, especially when tensions are high and topics evoke uncomfortable feelings or emotions.

This workshop requires a working knowledge of empathetic listening and engaging in dialogue, both covered in the Anatomy of a Difficult Conversation module.
